Xilisoft iPad Video Converter is a very complete video converter. Although it can convert videos for playback on the iPad just fine, those files can also be played on other devices. Since there is support for MOV, MP4, and H.264 files, you can surely play them on mobile phones or gaming consoles, and of course on computers . As far as format support goes, in my testing, I was able to open a few different formats and convert them with no problems.
The user interface is very clean, which is very important for me. I simply cannot get down to using applications with bright colors or overly complicated interfaces. This application allows me to drag and drop a file onto the screen and quickly select a format by using the drop-down list of supported profiles. There are 10 conversion profiles, 5 of which are for video and the rest are for audio. If you chose one of the audio profiles, you will be discarding the video and saving only the audio.
If I could only talk about one feature of Xilisoft iPad Video Converter I would definitely talk about how fast it is. I converted two files into different formats in less than a minute. If you have a supported GPU, acceleration is enabled, which makes the process even faster.
